Madi

Apex Trainer since — 2026

Madi’s journey into health and fitness began with a desire to create a healthier, more intentional lifestyle after becoming alcohol-free in 2024. What started as a commitment to improving her daily habits quickly became a passion for personal growth, wellness, and community.

After being invited by a close friend to an OG Saturday Stability class, Madi was encouraged by Jasmin to try an Apex class. One class was all it took and she was hooked. From that moment on, Apex became much more than a gym; it became her home away from home.

Through the support, encouragement, and positivity of the Apex community, Madi found improvements not only in her physical health, but also in her mindset, confidence, and overall outlook on life. The impact Apex had on her journey inspired her to give back to the community that had poured so much into her, leading her to become a coach.

What Madi loves most about Apex is the people. Whether someone is having their best day or their hardest day, the Apex community shows up to celebrate victories, offer encouragement, and uplift one another every step of the way. As a trainer, Madi is passionate about helping others feel supported, empowered, and capable of becoming the strongest version of themselves both inside and outside the gym.

Outside of Apex, Madi loves spending time outdoors with her husband and their two high-energy Australian Shepherds, Enzo and Indie. Whether it’s hiking local trails, paddle boarding, sailing, or exploring new restaurants around Whatcom County, she is always looking for the next adventure. Some of her favorite local spots include Storia Cucina, Mi Rancho, and The Fork.
