Apex Trainer since — Whatever year we opened….was it 2018?

I’ve been in love with movement and exercise since I started dance classes at 12. I attended Reed College for their modern dance program, during which time I also taught my first dance classes at John’s Hopkins University for their talented youth program. My first job out of college was at the YMCA, as a step aerobics instructor. Over the 20+ years of working in gyms, Apex has been Home from Day One. This community is family and exercising together creates so much joy, it is an honor to be a part of it.

Around Bellingham —

The sunsets here are gorgeous, no matter which direction you face. I have so many wonderful sunset memories since moving here, and my favorite so far is on the patio with my husband.
