Apex Trainer since — 2019

Michaela graduated from ASU with a BS in Exercise Science. After moving back to Washington, she coached with Apex NW Volleyball Club and helped launch a youth summer program at Apex Fitness NW. She continued coaching volleyball and at the gym until 2020. After completing her graduate degree in Arizona, she eagerly returned to Apex in 2025. Outside of Apex, Michaela enjoys spending time with her husband Jesse and their two labs, Hope and Clover. She loves all things outdoors and active, trying new restaurants, and if you ask her about dogs or skincare she probably won’t shut up.

Nothing beats a full-length sled push.

Its hard to pick one thing, but I love taking our dogs to run at the BP Walking & Biking trails near Birch Bay.
